Description

Our client in East Pittsburgh area is looking for a part time Receptionist for weekend hours. This is contract position to start June 1st and end mid August. This is fully onsite. Pay is $16 an hour.

Hours

Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Greet and direct guests in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Distribute key packets to guests or personnel as needed

Provide business cards and basic information to visitors

Perform other front desk duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Competence in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing files and schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities, including email correspondence.
