Receptionist

6 week contract
Pay Range: $14.00 - $15.00per hr.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a reliable and professional receptionist to cover a temporary assignment from June 2nd through July 11th. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM MST. The temporary receptionist will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to get things done quickly and effectively.

Front-desk coverage includes:

• Answering phones, greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail/deliveries/couriers. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Maintaining security by following established procedures & issuing guest badges
• Managing common area tidiness and supply, including beverage coolers and snack bins as needed

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Certification in Office Management is a plus
