Responsibilities An outgoing personality and a pleasant, happy demeanor are key for this fun and rewarding position. You will serve as an essential representative of our wellness center. We use a holistic approach to healing therapy, utilizing various traditional practices. As our Receptionist, you will greet clients upon entry, help them make tea and check in, handle scheduling, retailing services, answers phones and making calls for scheduling. Commission paid for sales. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Check guests in and notify therapists Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Make scheduling and confirmation calls Has a basic understanding of the therapies and healing modalities we offer Works well with computers Maintain and update client information. Laundry and Cleaning Qualifications High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
