The Receptionist/Cashier PART TIME is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and managing financial transactions. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
10-15 hours a week Monday/Wednesday 3-8 pm.
2 Saturdays a month 8a-2p.
Opportunity to work shifts during the day, daytime availability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Administrative Tasks: Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, manage email correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
Cashier Duties: Process cash and credit card payments, handle refunds, and provide receipts.
Office Management: Assist with office organization, filing, and general administrative duties.
Data Entry: Input data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and financial transactions.
Proficiency with Computers: Familiarity with computer systems and software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Positive Attitude: A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Previous Experience: Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Multi-lingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
