Summary
Job Description
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Booking meeting rooms and prepare everything as required
Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software, such as furniture maintaining, office cleaning, and etc.
Activities supporting, such as teambuilding, annual dinner
Settling the monthly statement
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies, business lunches, and research new deals and suppliers
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
Secondary education with 1 to 2 years’ administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
