Summary

Established In 1998, Gary Cheng CPA Limited Is a Leading Local Professional Accounting Firm In Hong Kong Serving Both Private Companies And Public Listed Companies In Hong Kong As Well As Multinational Corporations. You Will Need To Do

  • Handle front desk reception, greets visitors and responds to phone enquiries
  • Coordinate daily incoming / outgoing mails and courier arrangement
  • Answer and screen incoming calls and taking messages clearly
  • Provide clerical support in daily business operations
  • Supports daily operations for the Office Administration Department
  • A half-day SHIFT on Saturday will be required once a month, with compensation leave provided

We Are Looking For

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently; Self-motivated and good team work
