Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Manager located in Bromley. The Reception Manager will be responsible for overseeing reception duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining communication with guests and staff. Daily tasks include managing P.S Giestline Rezlynx, the reception area, coordinating with other departments, organizing schedules, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
must have Guestline Rezlynx experience or similar
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication and Organization skills
Experience with Receptionist Duties and handling front desk operations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage guest relations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Experience is using Resdiary, gmail and Venueflow is a plus
