We're hiring a Client Success & Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment and wants to make an impact beyond a checklist. You’ll manage the details that keep deals moving and marketing campaigns running — but we’re not just looking for a doer. We’re looking for someone who spots gaps, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to raise their hand and say, “I’ve got this.”


🔧 Key Responsibilities


Transaction Coordination (50%)

  • Manage all deal paperwork from contract to close
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other vendors
  • Ensure deadlines are tracked and met
  • Provide weekly updates to agents and clients
  • Keep CRM and internal dashboards organized and up to date


Marketing Support (30%)

  • Assist with listing launch marketing (flyers, social posts, signage, etc.)
  • Coordinate photography, staging, and open house materials
  • Contribute to email marketing, social content, and event support
  • Manage marketing calendar and help execute brand initiatives


Business Operations & Growth (20%)

  • Proactively identify areas where support is needed across the team
  • Contribute to system improvements, process documentation, and team culture
  • Take ownership of tasks beyond the job description when needed
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and raise your hand for growth opportunities

  • Real estate license or experience in real estate admin/marketing
  • Experience with CRMs, Canva, Google Workspace, or project management tools
  • Social media content creation or basic design skills
