Summary

Rare opportunity to join a boutique three person advisory of standard setting real estate professionals in our private Seaport office. With over $200M in residential real estate transactions, you will join a well established, collaborative team with best in class systems, training, and branding.


In this role, you will work closely with our Founder and assist in administrative support, preparing buyer/seller schedules, organizing open house materials, coordinating vendor appointments, listing preparation, and technology-based daily lead generation activities. Excellent opportunity to learn about the luxury residential market, multi-family investments, new construction projects, and the developer process while building your personal brand. Successful candidate will expand this position to include direct reports over time.

· Sales of $7M+ ultra luxury properties


General

·       Assist team in daily marketing and lead generation activities

·       Maintain regular communication with high profile clients via email and text

·       Coordinate and occasionally attend vendor appointments with stager, cleaner, handyman, photographer, fire dept, assist with sign/lockbox installations

·       Work quickly and independently to complete daily tasks while keeping team apprised of progress

·       Assist team in managing lead generation files and organizing checklists/systems


Contract to close

·       Lead point of contact to get client from signed offer to closing

·       Facilitate paperwork and payments using dotloop, Command/compliance, E-payment portals, etc

·       Responsible for calendar management with team, clients and vendors

·       Lead daily team huddle to keep the group organized and updated on all deals and important client deliverables

·       Create listing/feature sheets for client properties and prepare relevant marketing materials


Database management

·        Lead improvement of Hubspot and Salesforce processes

·        Organize and label leads in our database

·        Setting up prospects on weekly messaging campaigns via email, text

·       Constantly look for ways to improve/upgrade our tech

Other Responsibilities

·       Prepare weekly/monthly newsletter and market reports

·       Occasionally assist in running ads and posting on company social media platforms

·       Co-lead training material and onboarding redesign

·       Assist in onboarding and training new hires

·       Lead strategic projects on occasion

·       Work closely with team to ensure cross training and collaboration

Skills

·       Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication, self-starter mentality

·       Willingness to assist with property visits on an as needed basis during business hours

·       Ability to work quickly, sometimes with minimal guidance or supervision

·       Strong understanding of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Onenote


Requirements 

·       4-6 years of progressive work experience with promotions

·       4 days a week in the office (first 90 days may require 5 days a week in office for training and onboarding purposes)

·       Rare weekend coverage as needed 


Salary of $50-$60K per year with possible bonus. Health/dental benefits provided in year 2.
