We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Services Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, administering, and managing construction projects, space planning, sustainability, and MAC programs within our department. onsibilities
As a Program Manag

  • er, you will:
    Manage and administer outsourced vendors in areas such as construction, maintenance, sustainability, health & wellness, and r
  • elated fields.Ensure vendors meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve company goals a
  • nd objectives.Serve as the department representative for the na
  • tional programCollaborate with various stakeholders, including internal staff, vendors, location administration, maintenance, and secur
  • ity personnel.Collect and assemble environmental data from regional offices for submission in monthly, quarterly, and a

nnual reports.

    Interface with our Financial Services department to manage budget creation, tracking, review, and submission of invoices, as well as
