Position Summary:

Hise Europe is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior Consultant to join our strategic

consultancy team in Belgium. The role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong

background in real estate valuation, feasibility analysis, and investment project

coordination across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of

Turkish and international market dynamics, as well as a proven ability to manage complex

consultancy projects for both public and private stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute real estate valuation and feasibility projects across the EU

region, with a focus on energy facilities, commercial and residential developments,

and transformation projects.

• Conduct market research, financial modeling, cost analysis, and due diligence

studies for high-value investment initiatives.

• Provide expert consultancy to clients such as holding groups, engineering firms,

and institutional investors.

• Coordinate cross-border projects in cooperation with Hise Global’s Ankara office,

ensuring alignment with regulatory, financial, and technical standards.

• Prepare comprehensive valuation and advisory reports in English.

• Liaise with public authorities, financial institutions, and project partners in the EU

and Türkiye.

• Contribute to business development efforts, tenders, and proposal writing for new

consultancy contracts.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in real estate valuation, investment

feasibility, and project coordination.

• Licensed Real Estate Expert

• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or for international clients and institutions.

• Familiarity with European, Belgian or EU real estate and investment regulations is

an advantage.

• Fluency in other languages such as Turkish is a plus.
