Real Estate Agent Job Description We are looking for someone who is an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will include showing new properties to clients, negotiating contracts, creating open houses, preparing purchasing agreements, and promoting properties through proper marketing strategies. Our ideal candidate has a valid real estate license, previous real estate experience, and a passion for selling properties. Real Estate Agent Duties & Responsibilities: Research market value and negotiate sales on behalf of the buyer or seller Prepare purchase agreements and other related documents Show properties to potential buyers Create open houses to increase market exposure Promote listings with ads and proper marketing strategies Generate client leads to sell and buy properties Negotiate between buyers and sellers Review contracts to ensure all terms are met Obtain and maintain real estate license Create and prepare offers to sellers and buyers Create listings for real estate properties that provide all necessary information (location, square footage, and features) Develop and maintain client relationships and advise them on prices, mortgages, and market conditions.
