Responsibilities Leverage company systems and tools to maximize lead generation and streamline the sales process. Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers and sellers through consistent follow-ups, relationship-building, and networking. Consult with clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property recommendations to meet their goals. Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes. Prepare and execute listing presentations to win new business and expand market presence. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to highlight properties’ best features and attract buyers. Collaborate with the team to meet goals, share market insights, and continue learning through coaching and partner calls. Track activities and client information through PLACE Technology to stay organized and maintain excellent service standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and local market conditions to maintain your competitive edge. Participate in regular training, coaching, and team events to sharpen skills and push your career forward. Qualifications Active real estate license in good standing. 3+ years of proven success in real estate sales, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency in using technology and real estate software, including CRM platforms Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a competitive spirit and the discipline to meet deadlines. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to contributing to group success. Growth-oriented and coachable, willing to engage in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and skill development. In-depth understanding of local market trends and the ability to position clients for success in competitive environments.
