Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Advisor located in Santa Maria, CA. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, managing real property transactions, negotiating deals, and providing training to clients on various aspects of real estate. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, conducting property tours, preparing documents, and staying current with market trends and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Ability to provide effective Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Santa Maria, CA is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Valid real estate license is required
