Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native development, mobile technologies, and user experience design. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development within the team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and effective communication. Requirements: Strong proficiency in React Native development, with a deep understanding of JavaScript and mobile application development concepts. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Solid understanding of native mobile development concepts and APIs, as well as hybrid mobile app development. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
