Requirements:

• B2/C1 English Speaker
• 8+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 5 years in React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the React Native ecosystem.
• Experience with custom native iOS modules and working knowledge of SwiftUI.
• Expertise in mobile architecture, Agile development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Firebase).
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with native mobile development ecosystem (Android Studio and XCode)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, problem-solving).
• Hands-on experience with AWS (DocumentDB, DynamoDB, Lambda, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Passion for delivering world-class mobile experiences with a product-focused mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of background tasks, accessibility, and performance optimizations.
• Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.

Responsabilities:

• Develop and maintain React Native applications with custom iOS native modules and Android.
• Enhance Performance by optimizing architecture, ensuring smooth UI/UX, and reducing load times.
• Guide Technical Direction by participating in architectural decisions and best practices for mobile development.
• Lead & Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Enforce non-functional requirements.
• Ensure Quality by writing unit/integration tests and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and technical discussions to improve code quality.
• Own Release Management through CI/CD automation and GitHub-based workflows.
• Leverage AWS services such as DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and cloud storage.
• Mentor & Grow junior engineers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
