Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions .
The Project Management Team Leader will be responsible for guiding, monitoring and leading a group of Project Managers for R&D. These managers will support the management of key initiatives in R&D, articulating the strategy of the project and its execution. The Project Management Team Leader will support Project managers in their efforts to drive projects through the design, delivery and implementation ensuring effectiveness is measured.
The Key Responsibilities Include
Act as of the Point of Contact for Project Management
Be the direct point of connection between the R&D functions and the Project Management Team
Assist R&D functions in scoping and determining Project Management Deliverables
Create An Inspiring Team Environment

Delegate Tasks And Set Deadlines
Distribute tasks among team members.
Ensure timely completion.
Oversee Day-to-Day Operations

About You
Experience: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Experience in Project Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical field is desired. Project management skills/experience is desired.
Candidate will have demonstrated the ability to challenge the status quo and implement simple solutions.
Candidate will be a positive change agent for any changes as it relates to organizational structure or processes/governance.
Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and levels and proactively engage with key partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Experience working with cross-functional and globally dispersed teams preferred
Soft and technical skills:
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities.
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
Ability to work under tight timelines is required.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and open to constructive feedback on content or delivery is required.
Minimum required skills:
Project management skills
Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum preferred skills:
Experience in leading and delivering transversal initiatives
An understanding of financial reconciliation and LEAN Six Sigma
A broad understanding of the life cycle management of a product including processes and governance
Technical skills:
Expertise with multiple computer applications (including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Ariba and database management systems).
Education: Bachelors or advanced degree (BS, MBA, PhD) in science and/or business Languages: Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written in English. French and German are a plus.
