With over 25 years of expertise, the company is a recognized player in the development of solutions that measure and manage electricity, gas, water, and thermal energy flows.

R&D Manager - Energy – Your Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the R&D team;
• Monitor capacity and technical competencies, and anticipate future resource needs;
• Coordinate all aspects of product development: hardware, embedded systems, cloud solutions, and product housing;
• Ensure alignment of development activities with product roadmaps and the company’s strategic goals;
• Oversee collaboration with external stakeholders and manage associated budgets;
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

R&D Manager - Energy – Your Profile

• A completed technical education at university or college level;
• Proven experience in an R&D leadership or management role;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Solid knowledge of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and related regulations;
• Experience in cloud or embedded software development is a plus;
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable with change;
• Willingness to work several days a week at the office
• Fluent in Dutch, with strong command of English.
