This Is What You Can Move
Manage work packages and sub-projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality requirements.
Collaborate in product definition and prototype development, using agile methodologies, e.g. Design Thinking, User-Centered Design.
Design, implement, test, and debug embedded systems and IoT devices, preparing them for series production (e.g. using EDA tools, SW configuration management, defect tracking).
Execute, analyze, and document engineering tests, providing feedback for product optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management processes, following industry standards.
Support design transfer and product modifications, working with cross-functional teams.
Participate in innovation processes, evaluating new technologies and proposing ideas.
What You Bring Along
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in medical or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in hardware/firmware development for embedded microcontrollers and IoT protocols, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with development environments like MS VisualStudio and IAR.
Understanding of embedded systems design, real-time operating systems, IoT protocols, and control systems.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Strong accountability and transparency, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
