Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Director to lead our Research and Development team in the development and advancement of our digital twin solutions. As the R&D Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing the research process, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge digital twin solutions and products. Responsibilities: Lead the Research and Development team in the design, development, and enhancement of digital twin solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging technologies, industry best practices, and new opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality for digital twin solutions. Oversee the design and implementation of robust and scalable architecture for digital twin models and associated technologies. Drive the development of algorithms, data analytics, and visualization techniques to enable real-time monitoring and analysis within the digital twin environment. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration. Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital twin technologies, industry standards, and regulations. Lead the intellectual property strategy, including patent applications and protection of innovative solutions. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, academic institutions, and industry experts to foster collaboration and drive innovation. Requirements: Ph.D. or Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field. In-depth knowledge and expertise in digital twin technologies, 3D GIS, BIM, IoT, and related fields. Strong background in 3D visualization, data processing, spatial analytics, and visualization techniques. Solid understanding of architectural design, data integration, and modeling concepts within the digital twin ecosystem. Experience in managing and executing complex research projects, from ideation to commercialization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving technological advancements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend Availability Education: Master's Degree (Preferred)
