StrideCare is adding a new, key role to their Revenue Cycle team. This Manager will work closely with RCM leadership and key internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in improving processes through data analysis, system improvement, vendor relationships, and optimizing workflows.
Roles And Responsibilities
A bridge between RCM and other internal business departments
Project liaison for new system planning, UAT, implementation, and monitoring
RCM Integration lead for M&A’s and new business; represents RCM ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded, strong project management skills ensuring efficient and successful go-lives
Assist with SLA, SOP, training and policy creation and maintenance
Assist with training
Responsible for revenue optimization; strong data analysis skills, root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements
Facilitate meetings and presentations with key stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and lifecycle of a claim
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Process oriented problem solver
Understand healthcare regulations and payer policies
Experience leading teams; either internal, clients or vendors
Minimum 7 years RCM experience
Athena experience preferred, but not required
