Description

StrideCare is adding a new, key role to their Revenue Cycle team. This Manager will work closely with RCM leadership and key internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in improving processes through data analysis, system improvement, vendor relationships, and optimizing workflows.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • A bridge between RCM and other internal business departments
  • Project liaison for new system planning, UAT, implementation, and monitoring
  • RCM Integration lead for M&A’s and new business; represents RCM ensuring deadlines are met and exceeded, strong project management skills ensuring efficient and successful go-lives
  • Assist with SLA, SOP, training and policy creation and maintenance
  • Assist with training
  • Responsible for revenue optimization; strong data analysis skills, root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations with key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and lifecycle of a claim
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Process oriented problem solver
  • Understand healthcare regulations and payer policies
  • Experience leading teams; either internal, clients or vendors
  • Minimum 7 years RCM experience
  • Athena experience preferred, but not required
