Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will work collaboratively with your team, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment to contribute to successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with unloading railcars on each railyard. Unloading railcars with track hoe. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. Utilize air brake systems effectively when operating vehicles or machinery. Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in running a track hoe is required. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
