About this Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in RAID Configuration and Revenue Assurance tools like Cartesian, Mobileum Raid, or Subex -ROC tool, along with cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product implementations, cloud environments, and telecom BSS applications.
Who are you:
- You have knowledge and experience in working and handling product implementations.
- You are capable of handling multiple requirements and stakeholders in complex implementations, focusing on optimizing margins for clients while driving efficiency initiatives across projects.
- You have hands-on experience in the development and testing of use cases and the delivery of projects.
- You have hands-on experience with at least one cloud environment (AWS/GCP/AZURE).
- You have a good understanding of cloud architecture, utilities, and the capability of solving/debugging operational issues on cloud implementations and architecture, especially on GKE clusters.
- You have exposure to revenue assurance tools like Cartesian, Mobileum Raid, or Subex -ROC tool.
- You have worked on operations and support and are able to perform and maintain existing scripts deployed on production and provide timely updates based on system monitoring and dashboard reports.
- You have good knowledge of telecom call flows.
- You have hands-on experience in Unix Shell scripting and SQL/PL-SQL.
- You have hands-on experience working with decoders for various downstreams to parse and load files with different formats (ASN, Binary, ASCII, XML).
- You have knowledge of telecom BSS applications such as switch, mediation, billing, IN, CRM, HLR, etc.
- You have hands-on knowledge of handling various validations in usage control and platform integrity and are capable of fine-tuning them based on customer needs.
- You have good knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- You are capable of handling the escalation of cases to stakeholders wherever required.
- You possess knowledge of best practices in FMS and RA operations for the latest fraud scenarios.
- You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- You have knowledge of the project life cycle: SDLC, STLC.
What you will do:
- Handle product implementations and manage multiple requirements and stakeholders.
