Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Radiant Logic Directory Engineer with hands-on expertise in Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services (VDS) and Federated Identity Services (FID). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of identity data virtualization solutions using Radiant Logic. This role requires in-depth knowledge of directory services, access controls, and data modeling within identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Radiant Logic Expertise:
  • Configure and manage various Radiant Logic caching mechanisms, access controls, and data virtualization settings.
  • Onboard and integrate enterprise applications into the Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) environment.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and maintain Radiant FID infrastructure and ensure high availability and performance.
  • Identity and Directory Services:
  • Design and implement interceptor scripts, virtual views, and local attributes for application-specific requirements.
  • Conduct data modeling and mapping between backend data sources (e.g., LDAP, SQL, AD) and virtual views.
  • Utilize LDAP, LDIF scripting, and Unix/Linux shell scripting for directory configurations and automation tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of authentication and authorization failures in integrated applications.
  • Work closely with application teams, identity governance, and security teams to resolve access-related issues and optimize directory performance.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements for directory services and identity management initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Radiant Logic VDS and FID platforms.
  • Expertise in LDAP protocols, directory schemas, and LDIF scripting.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments with shell scripting capabilities.
  • Experience designing and implementing virtual directories, data views, and attribute mappings.
  • Solid understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, etc.) and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with identity governance, access management solutions, and enterprise security concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in integrating Radiant Logic with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL data sources, and federated identity standards.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
