We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Radar System Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a key part in validating and optimizing cutting-edge automotive MIMO FMCW radar systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance with industry standards, and the highest level of performance. Responsibilities
- Support the validation, analysis, and testing of an automotive MIMO FMCW radar MMIC, ensuring compliance with performance and reliability standards.
- Define, develop, and automate test setups to execute test procedures, process data, and analyze results.
- Analyze system-level requirements and develop test plans to meet these needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and RF lab teams, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the radar system through thorough analysis and testing.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and specifications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with at least 3 years of industrial experience in radar system engineering, particularly in the automotive field.
- Solid understanding of RF principles and radar systems, especially MIMO FMCW radar.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation, data analysis, and radar signal processing.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed and RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers).
- Business-fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
