Title: Derivatives Operations Analyst
Location: Boston, MA ( Onsite 4 days/week)
Type: Direct Hire/Full Time 

QUALIFICATIONS 1. Experience with back and/or middle office operations with derivatives 2. Direct margin and collateral management experience a plus 3. Highly motivated with strong communications skills, high attention to detail, and a problem-solving/analytical mindset 4. Track record of driving process improvements 5. Must be both team-oriented and a strong independent contributor 6. Experience working in a global team setting a plus 7. Have an undergraduate degree and strong academic record 8. 2-4 years of relevant industry experience is preferred 9. Technical proficiency, such as Excel (macros, etc.) Python, and SQL preferred

Estimated Min Rate: $77000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $110000.00
