Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical professional to join our team as Manager Data Analytics & Automation. This role plays a crucial part in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced analytics and automation. Acting as a strategic executor, you will support the Head of Data Analytics & Automation in implementing the data strategy while collaborating cross-functionally to drive business impact.

You will be responsible for managing the daily execution of analytics projects, developing dashboards, optimizing data workflows, and promoting data governance and literacy within the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the organizations analytics and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards, data models, and reports
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on structured and unstructured data to support strategic decisions
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
• Identify and execute opportunities to automate data collection, reporting, and routine analytics tasks
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement automation solutions and document use cases
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics tools and reporting systems
• Support the implementation of data standards and contribute to data governance practices
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions
• Present analytical findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant format
• Stay current on analytics trends and evaluate new tools or techniques for improved efficiency
• Promote a data-first culture and empower teams through self-service BI platforms
  
  

Skills And Qualifications Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful data initiatives
• Expertise in analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong command over machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience in predictive modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align analytics with business outcomes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in FMCG industry or exposure to international markets is a plus
• Prior experience in start-ups will be an added advantage
