Job description Quantity Surveyor: Quantity surveying and preparing bill of quantities. Estimation of quantities of the project based on specialized software and take-off sheets. Study the work scope, drawings & amenities, specifications detail of work. Prepare BOQ based on GFC drawings. Rate analysis for each item and finalizing rates. Check reconciliation on monthly basis for inventory control & control of wastage of materials(prepared by site engineer) Providing timely inputs for budget preparation & cost estimation. This is an individual contributor role. Coordination and follow up with Design & Architecture department for GFC/RCC drawings & specifications. To facilitate budgeting approvals, contractor billing& subcontractor bills. Update all BOQ/ work order and budgets in ERP as per requirement.
