• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for fire doors, frames, hardware, and installation
• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications to calculate material and labor requirements
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tenders and client proposals
• Coordinate with the production team to understand manufacturing costs and lead times
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for cost-efficiency
• Track project costs, monitor budgets, and prepare cost reports
• Handle quantity take-offs from drawings for sales and project execution
• Assist in preparing contracts and work orders for subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor variations, prepare variation orders, and cost implications
• Support the sales and project teams with technical and commercial inputs
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and internal departments to ensure commercial clarity and timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, fire safety regulations, and company policies
