📢 Freelance Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor – Logistics Construction (Remote, Germany)

I’m recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor with strong tendering and cost management experience to support a complex logistics construction project. This is a remote, part-time role based in Germany, offering flexibility and the chance to work on a dynamic, high-value development.

You will be responsible for managing commercial processes, supporting tender activities, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

🗣️ German native speaker preferred | Fluent German & English required

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Leading tender processes including BOQs, bid reviews, and contractor negotiations

• Managing cost plans, tracking project spend, and reporting forecasts

• Preparing valuations, managing change control, and supporting final accounts

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment

• Creating regular cost reports and documentation for project oversight

✅ Requirements:

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience (logistics or industrial construction preferred)

• Strong background in tendering, cost control, and commercial reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost management software

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Must be fluent in German and English
