Job Title: Quantity Surveyor II

Location: Waltham, MA

Job Responsibilities

• Validate construction costs, review estimates, and change orders for our client's construction projects.
• Identify cost and compliance risks during all project phases.
• Ensure work is completed according to estimates and appropriate unit costs.
• Validate change work in accordance with agreed units, specifications, and contract terms.
• Develop unit libraries for electrical construction projects and maintain positive relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure field work aligns with estimated and final costs, and actively participate in process improvement.
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on customer service, flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• High level of personal initiative and ability to interact positively with team members and external vendors.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate through ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
