Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, cost control, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Management
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Reporting
• Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams on-site
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in the architecture and design industry is a plus

Office timing : 9:30 to 7:30

Office Location: 7 pm

Salary Range: Rs 25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.
