Venture Search is partnering with a Tier 1, prestigious global proprietary trading firm that is expanding its team throughout 2025. Successful candidates will be bringing an existing, fully systematic options or futures strategy, ideally High-Frequency or Mid-Frequency (Intraday).

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, even in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and new challenges
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in derivatives trading
• Demonstrated sound decision-making skills in trading environments
• Proven success in designing and implementing profitable trading strategies
• Deep understanding of Derivative products
• Prior experience building or contributing to automated trading platforms
• Capable of creating and executing sophisticated Derivatives trading strategies
• Experience in applying quantitative research methods to Derivatives trading
• History of incorporating alpha-generating signals into trading systems
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability in resolving key trading system issues
• Thorough knowledge of market microstructure
• Background in MFT or HFT Market Making or Market Taking strategies
• Highly skilled in Python programming with solid proficiency in C++
