Quantitative Researcher / Trader – Crypto HFT

I’m working with a new client who are an ambitious and fast-scaling proprietary trading firm that’s already moving serious size in the crypto space. They’re currently doing $10B+ in daily volume, and the goal is clear: become one of the top 5 crypto HFT firms globally.

They’ve got top-tier infra, a research-first culture, and a track record of execution. Now they’re looking to bring on experienced Quant Researchers or Traders from a crypto HFT background who want to build and scale high-performing strategies in a setup built for speed and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, researching, and trading high-frequency strategies in the crypto markets
• Working closely with engineers and quants to squeeze out every bit of edge
• Running data-driven analysis and getting ideas into production quickly
• Taking full ownership of your strategies — from idea to live trading
• Playing a key role in shaping what’s already a serious player in the market

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience in crypto HFT - ideally with live strategies or from a top player in the space
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, stats, and latency-sensitive trading
• Strong programming (Python, C++, or similar) and data skills
• Someone who’s self-driven, thrives in fast-moving environments, and loves the game
• Real interest in crypto markets and a hunger to compete at the highest level
