Position:

We are seeking a capable individual to oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of the research and production pipeline for a medium frequency equity portfolio. This entails managing and refining production monitoring tools, as well as assisting in resolving production-related challenges. The ideal candidate will exhibit a fervor for technology, demonstrate a sense of responsibility towards their assignments, and excel in a dynamic, high-speed work setting.

Duties:

• Formulating, executing, and upholding the research and production pipeline, encompassing data processing, model construction, back-testing, and live monitoring utilities.
• Enhancing performance in both research and production contexts.
• Identifying and rectifying production-related issues.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field.
• Several years of pertinent professional programming experience, preferable within a major tech corporation or a quantitative trading group.
• Profound expertise in Python and its associated ecosystem. (NumPy, Pandas, etc)
• Rapid learner with a deep enthusiasm for technology and a keenness to engage with the latest technological breakthroughs.
• Exposure to software architecture and engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with distributed computing is beneficial.
• Robust quantitative skills and a background in statistics and linear algebra are advantageous.
