Job Title: Quality Training Specialist (Manufacturing)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Training Specialist (Manufacturing) to join our client and play a vital role in supporting quality and compliance training within a manufacturing and distribution environment. This onsite, temporary position near Harleysville/Kulpsville, PA, focuses on developing and delivering hands-on training for inspection procedures and quality assurance standards to ensure alignment with company goals and industry regulations.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (1st shift)
  
  

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Training Specialist (Manufacturing):

• Conduct in-person training sessions on quality inspection techniques, regulatory compliance, and internal standards
• Identify skill gaps and support learning outcomes through hands-on instruction and performance audits
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, recertification processes, and knowledge checks
• Maintain accurate records of training completions, certifications, and ongoing development
• Collaborate with management and quality teams to ensure training content is aligned with business needs
• Support corporate learning programs and initiatives as needed
• Stay informed on learning technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve training delivery
  
  

Qualifications and Skills for the Quality Training Specialist (Manufacturing):

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in training delivery or consulting
• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments highly preferred
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with visual and dimensional inspections; blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
