Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team designing, developing, and manufacturing wound healing technologies for the medical device industry. We are seeking a Quality Technician to support our growing team in a collaborative environment with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Teams.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of engineering and test samples.
* Receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials.
* Recording test results and comparing them to acceptance criteria.
* Printing and verification of finished product labeling.
* Product Lot Folder review/approval.
* Support equipment installation and qualification activities.
* Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans.
Essential Skills
* Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
* Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
* 2 plus years of experience working as a Quality Technician, preferably in the medical device industry.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Self-starter mentality with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
* Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Preferred 2-year degree.
* Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
* Motivation to learn and grow skill sets.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
