Job Title: Quality Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). The role involves performing quality checks in a food manufacturing facility, including swabs, quality documentation, and audits. You will ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Responsibilities * Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Conduct swabs and maintain quality documentation. * Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Inspect food manufacturing equipment and ensure it meets quality standards. Essential Skills * 1-2 years of experience in a quality role within a food manufacturing facility. * Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control. * Experience with quality checks, inspections, and quality documentation. * Ability to perform quality audits. Additional Skills & Qualifications * A degree in the sciences is a plus but not necessary. Work Environment The work environment is a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines producing various products based on daily order demands. It is a bakery environment with large mixers and ovens. The machinery often needs to be taken apart and hand washed, presenting challenges for the sanitation team.
