Advantage Technical is hiring a Quality Technician in the Roseville, MN, area to support post-market complaint investigations for medical devices. Pay & Schedule:
* Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct device analysis on returned medical devices to determine the cause of malfunction.
* Assist engineering in data analysis, identifying complaint issues, and recognizing trends.
* Review Device History Records (DHR), product labeling, and risk documentation to support investigations.
* Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain adherence to internal metrics.
* Interpret test results and document findings clearly and accurately in investigation reports.
* Communicate with customers and technical staff regarding test schedules, results, or unexpected discoveries.
* Troubleshoot compromised procedures and determine the root cause of unexpected test results.
* Maintain accurate documentation and administer the flow of test requests from logging to archiving.

Required Qualifications:
* Associate Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related work experience (1 year of experience in quality or manufacturing within the medical device industry).
* Electrical and mechanical equipment experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
* Self-motivated with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
