Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Hudson, WI, to hire a Quality Technician for a direct-hire opportunity. This role plays a key part in cross-functional efforts to uphold high-quality standards, ensure product performance, and support process improvements within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure work instructions are being followed accurately and consistently
• Develop and improve work instructions for quality processes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot refrigeration systems
• Perform visual and functional inspections on final products
• (Preferred) Ability to braze copper components
• Conduct and document PPAPs on incoming supplier parts
• Understand and apply ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards
• Participate in kaizen events, Gemba walks, and follow up on assigned quality actions
• Facilitate training on product quality specifications (internal and customer-defined)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills
• Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software
• Project management and team collaboration abilities
