**Job Description**
We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable Quality Technician to perform accurate and timely inspections of parts using a variety of precision measuring tools. The ideal candidate will understand and utilize manufacturing ERP systems, follow instructions, procedures, specifications, and requirements, and have a preference for performing visual weld inspections. The position also involves part marking, pressure testing, daily calibration activities, and other duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform accurate and timely inspection of parts using precision measuring tools.
+ Utilize manufacturing ERP systems effectively.
+ Follow detailed instructions, procedures, specifications, and requirements for all jobs.
+ Conduct visual weld inspections, preferred but not mandatory.
+ Execute part marking, pressure testing, and daily calibration activities.
+ Interpret customer drawings and perform inspection for conformance.
**Essential Skills**
+ Prior experience working with calipers, pin gauges, height gauges, micrometers, etc.
+ Understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
+ Quality control and quality assurance skills.
+ Experience with CMM and GMP processes.
+ Final inspection capabilities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ ITAR certification.
+ 1+ years of experience as a quality technician in a machining environment.
+ Team player mentality.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
