**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to perform receiving and inspection activities for components, subassemblies, labeling, and finished products to support production. This role involves conducting First Article Inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tensile testers. The position also requires coordinating calibration activities through a third-party vendor and managing preventative maintenance activities through the Operations department. You will perform Design History Record reviews and manage documentation in an electronic Quality Management System (QMS), while executing small change orders for quick process improvements or QMS enhancements. The training schedule is from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Post-training, there is flexibility with working hours, offering shifts from 5am to 1:30pm or from 7am to 3:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
