Summary

**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to perform receiving and inspection activities for components, subassemblies, labeling, and finished products to support production. This role involves conducting First Article Inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tensile testers. The position also requires coordinating calibration activities through a third-party vendor and managing preventative maintenance activities through the Operations department. You will perform Design History Record reviews and manage documentation in an electronic Quality Management System (QMS), while executing small change orders for quick process improvements or QMS enhancements. Additionally, the role includes executing Test Method Validations (TMVs) and material reworks through nonconformances or other released procedures. **Responsibilities** + Perform receiving and inspection activities for production support. + Conduct First Article Inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tensile testers. + Coordinate calibration activities with third-party vendors. + Manage preventative maintenance activities through Operations. + Review Design History Records and manage documentation in electronic QMS. + Execute small change orders for process improvements. + Perform Test Method Validations (TMVs) and material reworks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in quality inspection and First Article Inspection. + Experience in clean room and medical assembly environments. + Skill in using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers. + Knowledge of calibration procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing environments. + 3+ years of experience with Good Documentation Practice (GDP). + Knowledge of ISO requirements. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care & Dependent Care, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits. The training schedule is from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Post-training, there is flexibility with working hours, offering shifts from 5am to 1:30pm or from 7am to 3:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
