Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30p - 12:00am


Primary Accountabilities:


  • Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing
  • Finished goods audit
  • Line Faro for quality concerns
  • Support / Engage of deviations
  • Support Calibration, Gage Trak, system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages )
  • Strong Team environment
  • Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics
  • Program development in PPAP principles and practices
  • Document & record data collected on inspection forms legibly
  • Keep work area safe and clean (5S - Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
  • Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
  • Can use Microsoft Office proficiently (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Teams)
  • Assist with Housekeeping in MRB area
  • Support Operations with NCMR process, inspect parts
  • Follow ITAR processes when appropriate
  • Assist MRB area with material handling, inventory, non-standard jobs etc.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Manager

Education & Experience Requirements:


  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar position is preferred


Minimum Skills Required:


  • Ability to read a tape measurement.
  • Ability to read manual calipers.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Understanding decimals preferred.

Skills & Abilities:


  • Quality plans and controls knowledge
  • Gauging knowledge needed
  • CMM knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Overall knowledge of preventive vs. predictive maintenance techniques
  • Good attendance
  • Detail Oriented
  • Observe all safety and OSHA procedures and standards. Maximum lifting of 25lb without assistance. PPE is required at times.
  • Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.
