Roles and Responsibilities


  • Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions on quality tools and techniques for team members.
  • Analyze data to track performance metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.



Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Strong understanding of QC Tools, 7QC, Team Leading, and Quality Management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to train others effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
