Job Description: Quality Systems Control - Pell City

Overview

The Quality Systems Control position is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the required quality standards. This position will be located in Pell City and will report to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms
  • Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and processes
  • Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality control


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
