At Dekko México, we are looking for a Quality Systems Administrator who thrives on continuous improvement, loves working with ISO standards, and is passionate about building strong quality systems. This role is key to ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.

📍 Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua

🏭 Plant: Dekko México

📅 Start Date: As soon as possible

📋 Reports to: Quality Manager

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead and manage our Quality Management System.

✅ Act as Lead Internal Auditor for ISO and IATF standards.

✅ Monitor system documentation (ETQ).

✅ Track quality KPIs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

✅ Coordinate audits, reviews, and training for internal teams.

✅ Collaborate with colleagues in Juárez and El Paso.

✅ Support safety and environmental initiatives.

✅ Administration and effective communication of customer-specific requirements.

✅Monitoring and evaluation of customer portals, including the implementation of appropriate actions to ensure compliance with expected performance standards.

✅Assistance in the coordination of management reviews and oversight of risk analysis processes.

📚 What You’ll Need

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any professional discipline.

📜 Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001/IATF 16949.

💼 3+ years of experience in quality systems (preferred).

🖥️ Skills in ETQ, MINITAB, BPCS, and MS Office.

🌍 Knowledge of Core Tools, Continuous Improvement, and environmental systems.
