• Maintain and optimize the quality management system;
• Lead and coordinate customer audits and 3rd party audits and follow up;
• Coordinate internal cross function team for customer visit and questionnaire;
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality management system via to perform internal audit and management review regularly.
• Follow audits result and monitor the corrective action implement status.
• Drive and support internal continuous improvement on any findings from kinds of audits;
• Be responsible for data collection and analysis for internal continuous improvement for quality system.
• Prepare quality system related reports, Like Cost of quality, score card etc.;
• Manage ESD control and monitoring;
• Enhance lessons learn & CSR management.
• Prepare quality system related reports, Like Cost of poor quality, score card etc.;
• Align with global team for any system update and standardize;
• Optimize quality processes and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Be master in IATF16949/VDA6.1&6.3&6.5BIQS&QSB+ quality system;
• More than 5 years relevant experience;
• Be familiar with Auto- industry work style and OEM customer requirement like BMW, VW, FCA, FORD;
• Having quality management experience and teamwork leading ability;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good at problem solving, aggressive and independent.
