As a Quality Support Specialist, you are primarily responsible for tracking non-compliance issues and ensuring the development of appropriate corrective action. The Quality Support Specialist will review internal deviation reports for investigation, ensuring that all deviations are handled correctly, and maintain quality specific reports and records.

Work Schedule: This is a 30+ position, working 4 days during the week, plus an every 3rd weekend rotation.

What does it take to change the world with us?

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus an additional 2 years of formal preparation, is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a quality support role, ideally in a blood bank setting is preferred.
• Working knowledge and understanding in at least two of the following areas is helpful:
• FDA
• OSHA regulations
• JCAHO guidelines
• CLIA regulations
• AABB standards
• Experience following regulated written processes is preferred.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
