Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Program Coordinator located in Toronto, ON. The Quality Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our products, developing and implementing quality control policies, coordinating with different departments to ensure compliance with quality standards, and participating in audits and inspections. The Coordinator will also handle customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of our quality management systems.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary education in a related field or relevant experience in a quality field, in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of ISO:9001 quality management system standard and relevant working experience.
• Experience and training as an ISO:9001 internal auditor will be an asset.
• Strong project management, and organizational skills.
• Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
• Experience with an ERP system and fluency in Microsoft Office including Teams and Excel.
