Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibility主要岗位职责：

  • Plan and execute the Q-Gates release of Product Engineering Process.
  • Monitoring of new products according to activity list of work package.
  • Support D/P-FMEA activity, and monitoring of fixed measures implementation.
  • Define the inspection standard & plan of products.
  • Monitoring start of serial production
  • Participate in supplier audit, and plan & mornitor the manufacturing process of key suppliers.
  • Supplier performance assessment, management and quality improvement of key suppliers.
  • Execute the quality inspection of the OEM products.
  • Execute the product inspection, test and audit of specific milestones during the new product development phase.
  • Organizing team to solve customer complaints and review the corrective and preventive actions.
  • Consideration of the service requirements in the project and define spare parts list.
  • Support of service issues from customers among the Kaercher Subsidiaries, KCT and headquarter in Germany.
  • Communication of improvements through service bulletins in the field. Knowledge & Skill required 知识技能要求：
  • College degree or above in Electrical & Mechanical & Electronics
  • Experience of above 5 years in quality field.
  • Good knowledge of cleaning devices.
  • Experience and knowledge of new product development process.
  • Experience in quality controlling & inspection of manufacturing process and product.
  • Experience of quality planning in project.
  • Good knowledge of process & product audit.
  • Good communication, teamwork and coaching skill.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Good at thinking and result orientation
